a long exposure is when your using a long duration shutter speed to capture a picture going full speed but everything in the background is blurry. our shutter speed was set at 2, we followed the person walking/running in the picture. we used a flashlight to color around josh in the picture, in the water fountain picture we used shutter speed but we had someone drink the water also thats why theres a little blurry person. in the picture where theres blurry people around someone standing out we walked around him in a circle and made the person in the middle stand still.
